A 36 year old Chatham man had a busy Saturday according to CK Police.
They say around 10:30 am they man was taken into custody and charged in relation to an indecent act.
He was later released with a court date.
Shortly before 8 pm he was seen running from a break and enter and arrested.
They found he was holding a small amount of meth.
He now also faces the new charges of break and enter and possession.
This time he was held pending a bail hearing.
