A traffic complaint has led to an impaired driving arrest in Chatham.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called about a possible impaired driver in the Holland Avenue area on Wednesday shortly before 11:30 p.m.
A suspect vehicle was located and stopped a short time later. The driver was arrested after showing signs of impairment and was taken to police headquarters for breath tests.
As a result, a 25-year-old Chatham man is now charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was later released with conditions and a future court date.
