A 25 year old Chatham man has been charged with impaired driving after Chatham-Kent police made a routine traffic stop Saturday night.
Around 9 pm they pulled over a vehicle and the officer believed the man was driving under the influence.
He was taken in to custody for further tests.
John Coveny of Bedford Drive was eventually charged with impaired 80 plus.
He was released with an April 26th court date.
