Impaired driving charges have been laid against a Chatham man.
Chatham-Kent Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Queens Line near the 401 overpass last night, and say the driver appeared to be under the influence.
The 37-year-old driver was taken to police headquarters for breath tests, and released with a March 9th court date.
