A Chatham Man has been charged with three counts of assault following an incident yesterday morning.
Police say the 34-year-old man began arguing with 56-year old women, during the argument the man threw hot water on the woman and threatened her with a baseball bat.
Later the in the day the man returned and assault the woman again along with her 27-year old son.
The Chatham-man was charged with assault with a weapon uttering threats and three counts of assault.
