A Chatham man will have to answer to a judge after being pulled over by police over the long weekend.
Early Sunday morning, an officer on patrol in Blenheim stopped a vehicle on Chatham Street North and suspected the driver had been drinking,.
The 59-year-old man was taken to police headquarters for tests and charged with having a blood alcohol concentration above the legal limit.
He was released with a date in court on March 25th.
