A run in between two Chatham men left one in hospital and one in custody.
Chatham-Kent Police responded to a call Tuesday and found a 41 year old man with serious injuries.
He was transported to hospital in Chatham and later moved to Windsor in serious condition.
A 34 year old man is facing a charge of aggravated assault and a future court date.
