Two men who were wanted by police have been arrested in Chatham.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers located a 44-year-old Chatham man at a Selkirk Street address on Tuesday and found that he was violating the terms of his probation by being there.

The 44-year-old was arrested and charged with breaching a probation order. As well, officers later learned that the man had outstanding warrants with local police and the Windsor Police Service.

During the same police investigation, another man, a 27-year-old from Chatham, was also arrested on an outstanding warrant. He has since been released with a future court date.
