Two Chatham men are facing charges in connection with province-wide child pornography investigations.
The Ontario Provincial Police said Project Time, a joint initiative involving the dozens of police services, has resulted in the arrest of 63 people and 213 charges being laid.
A total of 814 electronic devices were seized as part of the 264 criminal investigations connected to the initiative. A total of 51 victims were also identified and provided the appropriate supports.
Among those charged are 45-year-old Robert Craig and 35-year-old Forest Lachange, both from Chatham. The pair face one count each of possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material and accessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material. Craig is additionally charged with one count of bestiality.
While authorities have not release when the two men were arrested, both have been held in custody pending future court dates.
