Officials with the Chatham Goodfellows are thrilled with this year’s Porchlight fundraiser. 
Volunteers went door to door last night, collecting $41,900 in cash, $1,900 more than last year, in support of the No Child Without a Christmas campaign.
As well, area residents donated over 130 boxes full of toys and non-perishable food.
Next up for the Goodfellows will be toy basket packing starting on December 12th.
The Street Sales portion of the No Child Without a Christmas campaign takes place December 16th and 17th.
Toy baskets will be delivered on the 20th, with food hampers going out the following day.
