A single-vehicle collision in Chatham Township has landed one man with charges, but not in connection to the accident itself.
Just after 2:30 yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a crash on Arnold Road. Police say the vehicle left the road and landed in a water-filled creek.
Tw men were seen walking away from the vehicle – one of whom was recognized by police, wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
The 24-year-old was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was held for a bail hearing.
