Impaired driving charges have been laid against a Chatham woman.
Police got a call around 3 o’clock this morning after the vehicle allegedly ran a stop sign at McLean and William Street.
Suspecting the woman behind the wheel had been drinking, officers took her to police headquarters for tests.
The 27-year-old was charged and released with ha date in court later this month.
