A local young woman is doing her part to help those most at risk through the COVID-19 crisis.

Madison Hetherington has put together a group of 20-something-year-olds armed to help seniors and those who face immune challenges.

The volunteer team is helping community members with grocery needs and errands – free of charge through the pandemic.

“As someone who’s healthy and young, I think it’s our duty to step up and really help these people out during this time and make it a bit more bearable for them,” says Hetherington.

Any donations made are being matched by Peak Insulation from Wallaceburg.
