Chicken Chow Mein Casserole

  • 2 cups chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup stock
  • ½ cup whole cashews
  • ¼ lb. fried mushrooms
  • ⅔ can chow mein noodles

Mix ingredients. Toss well. Put remaining noodles on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°F
