A child luring investigation has led to the arrest of a man in Highgate.
Chatham-Kent Police say members of the Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant at a residence Wednesday morning and seized various electronic devices for analysis.
Authorities say the man also had a large number of marijuana plants. Later in the day, offices carried out a Cannabis Act search and dismantled close to $200,000 in illicit cannabis.
The 29-year-old accused is now facing charges of child pornography and drug-related offences.
He’s set to appear in court on April 8th.
