A Chatham driver is facing charges after a collision with a pedestrian.
Emergency crews were called to McNaughton Avenue near Taylor Avenue in Chatham shortly after 3 o’clock Monday afternoon and say a child was struck by a car.
The victim suffered minor injuries, was treated at the scene by paramedics, and released to a parent’s care.
The driver is facing charges under the Highway Traffic Act.
