An annual tradition in Wallaceburg is hoping to fill bellies and kettles.
The 51st annual Childs Family Luncheon and Dinner is set to take place at the Black Goose Grill on Tuesday, December 1. The by-donation meal will be served starting at 11am. Takeout orders continue until 6 o’clock, while the deadline for dine-in meals is 6:30pm.

75% of funds raised will support the Wallaceburg Salvation Army with the remaining 25% going to the Wallaceburg Pantry.
Last year’s meal brought in just over $13,000. Since its inception, the luncheon has raised a total of $391,959 to support those in need in the community.
