Chinese Casserole

  • 1 ½ hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup water, use juice from mushrooms and add water to make 1 cup
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup Minute Rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tin bean sprouts
  • 1 tin Chinese noodles

Fry hamburger with onion. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix in the ¾ can of the Chinese noodles. Sprinkle remainder on top of the casserole and bake at 350°F for ¾ hour.
