Those looking to access government services will be out of luck on Monday as most municipal offices are closed because of the Civic Holiday.
There won’t be any public transit Monday, although the seasonal beach bus to Mitchell’s Bay and Erieau will still be running.
No garbage or recycling collection on Monday, and pick-ups for the rest of the week will be bumped back a day.
Arts and Culture facilities, including museums and art galleries, will be closed. Pools around CK will be open for their regular schedules.
As for health care, CKHA will be operating on its usual holiday schedule with no out-patient services, the oncology department and lab services are closed.
ERs in Wallaceburg and Chatham remain open 24/7, and the COVID assessment centre will be open for appointments.
