The Caesar is turning 50 years old this year, and to celebrate, Mott’s Clamato is releasing a book, featuring a local bartender.
Julie Brooks, says she entered a contest:
“We were to explain our ceases story about the famous drink that represents Canada. that Out of thousands of entries they were only picking 50 and I got chosen to be represented in the book that comes out at the end of January,” says Brooks.
Brooks says she’s known for her creative Caesar recipes.
“I come up with my own concoctions for different Caesars. Meatball, or Cajun chicken, I’ve made steak Caesars I’ll make my own barbecue sauces and different rimmers and make my own seasoning and a variety of different toppings. seafood Caesar, veggie, tequila, gin or vodka.”
