A local business owner says she’s honoured and humbled to have represented Chatham-Kent at Canada’s largest retail, marketing and technology event.

Elizabeth Suni, the founder of Wooly Doodle and Suni Creative Co., was one of the thousands of business professionals who attended the DX3 2023 conference last week in Toronto.

Suni joined three other marketing executives from Toronto and Boston on the second day of the conference to speak on the topic of Social Media Marketing: Do’s and Don’ts.

“When I was asked to speak at the conference, I was thrilled. I’m passionate about social media marketing and work hard to position myself as an expert in this area, so to be invited to speak on a panel of other esteemed marketing professionals was an honour,” said Suni in a news release.

More than 2,000 business professionals attended the DX3 conference on March 1-2, which featured a roster of speakers.

“I was familiar with DX3 as I attended the event in 2015. I remember being in awe of the size and scale of the event, and left feeling completely inspired by the speakers,” said Suni. “The decision to attend was an easy one, and I hope I helped this year’s participants leave feeling that way too.”
