The pendulum of COVID cases in Chatham-Kent is swinging back, down to 34 active cases today.

Public Health is reporting just two new cases today along with seven resolutions. As well, two local residents who have been battling the virus have been released from hospital. 

Public Health has also cleared one of the workplace outbreaks, leaving just one active outbreak on the books. 

More variants of concern have been identified – to date, 177 variants or related mutations have been confirmed in local COVID cases.
