It seems Chatham-Kent is drawing a lot more 20-somethings to the area. 
The website Point2Home recently released its Top Millennial Hot Spots list for 2018, ranking the municipality 67th out of 85 communities across the country.
Cities were rated on factors such as income, housing affordability, life satisfaction, and employment rates.
None of Canada’s largest cities, including Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver, made the top three.
Quebec City took the number one spot in the survey, with Victoria, Guelph, Halifax, and Ottawa rounding out the top five.
