A suspicious person call in Raleigh Township has landed one man with charges.

Officers found a man walking on the 401 overpass on Bloomfield Road with a scarf covering his face.

The man allegedly gave police a fake name, but authorities later learned he was bound by a previous release order which included him staying in his own residence between the hours of 10pm and 6am.

A search of the accused turned up various items including an angle grinder, hack saw, bolt cutter, and metal cutting discs.

The 34-year-old was arrested and charged with obstructing police, wearing a disguise with intent, possessing break-in tools, and two counts of breaching a release order. He was transported to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
