There have been several instances around the municipality where someone shows up at your front door and informs you that you need a new roof or drive way, or some other home improvement.
Fortunately for you, they are in the business and can cut you a great deal.
Then ask you for some cash up front for supplies.
That’s when they disappear along with your money.
Remember if you determine work needs to be done, always get several estimates and check references.
