Chatham-Kent police made a couple of arrests for assault Tuesday.
Police were called to a home in Chatham and through investigation learned a youth had assaulted a family member and caused damage to the home.
A 14 year old youth was charged with assault and mischief under $5000.
Tuesday night officers responded to a domestic abuse call in Tilbury.
Police learned a 26 year old woman allegedly assaulted her common-law husband.
She was charged with assault, both were released with future court dates.
