Yet another warning from Chatham-Kent police about 911 hang up calls.
In the last 24 hours they received 35 hang up or accidental calls to the 911 service.
They ask if you accidentally dial 911 to stay on the line.
If you hang up the operator will assume it is an emergency and roll emergency services.
This can be very time consuming and uses up considerable police resources.
