A fraud alert has been issued by the Chatham-Kent Police.
They are warning the public about the latest attempt to separate them from their hard earned cash.
The person on the phone claims to be with CK police service and tell them someone has set up fake accounts in their name and an arrest warrant is about to be issued.
Unless, you send a specific amount of bitcoin to clear your name and it will be returned to you later.
It won’t, it’s a scam, so don’t fall for it.
