Chatham-Kent Police are turning to the public for help in a month-long investigation.

Shortly after 11 o’clock the night of September 9th, Chatham-Kent Police say a vehicle was heading southbound on St Clair Street near Oxley Drive in Chatham when someone in the vehicle threw an egg out the passenger side window, hitting a pedestrian in the eye.

The victim was taken to hospital with severe injuries.

The suspect vehicle is described as an older model, square-body pickup with a chrome grill.
