A 47 year old Ridgetown man was arrested early Tuesday morning but police say he didn’t go quietly.
About 3 am an officer noticed a stolen truck and trailer parked in a lot on Victoria road in Ridgetown.
Police tell us the man gave a fake name, and attempted to drive away.
The man was removed from the truck and continued to struggle so the officer used his taser.
The laundry list of charges includes theft over 5,000, 2 counts of being in possession of property obtained by Crime over 5,000, obstruct police and resist arrest.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
