Chatham-Kent police arrested 5 people following a dust up Monday evening.
Officers responded to the disturbance on Kirk Street about 8 pm.
Police say the Chatham residents, 3 men and 2 women ranged in age from 18-33.
3 people did suffer minor injuries.
All 5 hit with assault charges and given a September 11th court date.
