CK Police Target Break-Ins

Chatham-Kent Police are trying to track down a thief after a shed was broken into in Merlin.

Officers were called out to a Sloan Road property around 8 last night, where about $20,000 worth of power tools were reported stolen.

Meantime, close to $2000 in electronics has been stolen from a Chatham office.

Chatham-Kent Police say thieves forced their way into the Unifor union building on Riverview Drive just before 4am yesterday morning.

Anyone who can help with the investigation is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
