Local real estate agents are putting the wraps on 2025 by giving back to the community.
At their annual holiday meeting earlier this month, members of the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors donated over $4500 and more than 49 bags of non-perishable food to Chatham Outreach for Hunger.
The organization also presented a cheque for $3770 to Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent, this year’s Realtors Care Grant recipient.
The meeting also featured the installation of the 2025 Board of Directors, led by Phil Dorner, Past President of the Ontario Real Estate Association. The new Board includes President Carrie Patrick, President-Elect Ashley Amato, Carson Warrener, Bethanie Compton, Jackie Patterson, Mike Stull, Barbara McCaughrin, Michelle Hetherington, and Danielle Simard.
