Hosting Cascades Casino continues to pay dividends to the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has paid the municipality $406,210 for hosting the casino during the third quarter period from October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
So far, Chatham-Kent has received a total of $1,265,216 for the current fiscal year.
Since the gaming site opened, OLG has paid out $15,719,147 to the municipality. Funds are put toward local infrastructure projects and community programs.
