With close to 20 centimetres of snow falling on Chatham-Kent over the weekend, the municipality has been turned into a winter wonderland. 
With that in mind, school buses have been cancelled today. Most schools are open, with the exception of Wallaceburg Christian School, Chatham Christian School, and Walpole Island Elementary.
Because the buses are cancelled, there will also be no high school sports.
Meantime, plows and salters continue to work on the roads around the municipality, which range from wet and slushy to snow-covered.
