Chatham-Kent Police are hoping the second time’s the charm with a Dover teen, arrested twice in the same day.
Police initially arrested the 15-year-old Wednesday morning for breaking his release conditions by having a cell phone.
Officers were called back to the same Dover Township home in the afternoon and say the teen came back and allegedly used a hockey stick to cause damage to the house and a vehicle parked outside.
The accused was taken back into custody and charged with mischief and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. He was released again, but will have to appear before a judge later this month.
