CK World Cup Coming to Chatham in August

More details have been released about an upcoming soccer tournament in Chatham.

Mayor Darrin Canniff used his Facebook page to announce the CK World Cup will be hosted by the Portuguese Canadian Social Club of Chatham on Saturday, August 24th.

The tournament is part of the Taste of Chatham-Kent festival, a two-month long celebration of cultural diversity in the community.

Teams have until August 9th to register for the CK World Cup. Each team must be co-ed with six players from each team on the field for two 20-minute halves.
