The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is reminding everyone the COVID-19 assessment Centre will be open Easter weekend at 47 Emma St. in Chatham.
Staff will register patients between 9 am and 4 pm.
This is not a walk in clinic.
You must call ahead or contact your primary care physician.
If you do go, take your health card. Also a list of all your medications and any past illnesses.
There is free parking in the lot adjacent to the building.
