Sources tell CKXS News that interim CEO Ken Deane is eliminating the position of Chief Operating Officer, and Sarah Padfield is no longer with the organization.

Chief of Medical Staff Dr Ranjith Chandrasena has resigned, pending the hiring of a replacement.

Other changes include the naming of Debbie Ancocik as Vice President in charge of H-R, occupational health and safety, and system integration, with the hiring of a VP in charge of finance, hospital information management, and operations yet to come.

The announcements were made in a letter to staff at the Health Alliance yesterday.
