Officials with the Chatham-Kent Public Library are thinking warm thoughts as they prepare to host a plant swap next month.
The event, in partnership with the Chatham Horticultural Society, will take place in the Community Living Café at the Chatham branch on Saturday, March 15th.
Officials say anyone with seedlings, plants to trade, or an interest in proliferation, are invited to bring their plants or cuttings in a container with soil, ready to swap. Plants will be accepted from 10am until 11, and the swap will run from 11 until noon.
Members of the Horticultural Society will be on hand to help support swappers with their plant questions and to promote their Society’s activities.
