Allegations of sexual assault are being laid against a Chatham-Kent Police officer once again.
Constable Ken Miller has been charged by the Ontario Special Investigations Unit, which looks into any police activity involving death or injury.
The latest charges stem from an alleged incident in May, 2013 involving a 33-year-old woman.
Miller faced similar charges in 2015, as well as being charged with discreditable conduct under the Police Services Act.
Miller, who joined the force in 1998, will answer the most recent charges in court on April 4th.
