Chatham Kent Police continue to investigate a fatal accident from the weekend.
53-year-old Bradford Hudson of Chatham was pronounced dead after his Chrysler collided with a mini van at the intersection of Highway 40 / Communications Road and Fairview Line.
The three other passengers involved in the crash were all taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
