A pair of training exercises will be keeping some members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service busy today, but officials say there is no cause for alarm.
Officers will be taking part in training near Paxton Drive in Chatham and Dillon Road in Raleigh Township between 10am and 2pm, carrying out a mock missing person scenario. Officials say the officers will be doing an information gathering exercise on Paxton and a ground search on Dillion.
Authorities say there is no risk involved and the training will not interfere with any public access or functions.
