CK’s Active Case Load Heads In The Right Direction

A big drop in the number of active cases of COVID-19 in Chatham-Kent.

According to this afternoons update from the health unit there are currently 12 active cases in the municipality, down from 20 on Friday.

None of those cases are hospitalized.

The Windsor-Essex Health Unit is reporting 20 new cases of COVID-19 today, bringing the total number of active cases to 113.

Lambton County currently has nine active cases.

Ontario topped the 1,000 mark in new COVID-19 cases for a 4th straight day.

The Ministry of Health reported 1,242 new cases.

There were 12 additional deaths reported bringing the total to 3,245.

There are currently 9500 active cases in the province.
