The 99.1 news team wants to help keep local voters informed ahead of this month’s federal election.
With that in mind, candidates in our two ridings of Chatham-Kent-Leamington and Lambton-Kent-Middlesex have been invited to a pair of on-air debates.
The first, featuring those running in CKL, will be held on Tuesday, October 8th. The second, focusing on LKM, will air Friday, October 11th, both beginning at 10am.
The forums will also be available through our website’s livestream, Android & Apple apps, Alexa and Google Home, and on YourTV Chatham-Kent.
Our News Director, Robyn Brady, will be moderating both debates with questions submitted by 99.1 News staff and you, our listeners.
