As many as 200 people are expected to show off their Canadian pride in support of a good cause tonight.
Spokesperson Angela Corso says the 20th annual Community Living Chatham-Kent walkathon kicks off with a flag raising at 5 o’clock, following the theme “Celebrate Canada’s 150th.”
The fundraiser is being held at Kingston Park in Chatham, with hopes to bring in $20,000.
All proceeds stay in Chatham-Kent, used to enhance supports for over 550 people with intellectual disabilities.
