Controversial developer Everlast Group has taken on a new project in downtown Chatham.
Everlast, which has been working on the downtown condo project for the last decade, is planning to redevelop the former YMCA building on King Street.
The company has owned the property for several years, using it as a sales office for the Boardwalk on the Thames project.
The plan is to develop the site into a student residence.
A news conference to announce details of the multi-million build will take place at 9:30 this morning.
