Almost all of the 14 candidates in the running to lead the federal Conservative Party will be facing off in Komoka tonight.
Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MP Bev Shipley is hosting an all-candidate debate at the Komoka Wellness and Recreation Complex.
“We’re fortunate to have a party that is open to having everyone, men (and) women, the difference is in some of the policies,” Shipley says. “It’s been a bit of a long campaign, but on the other part the reason for that is to give people, over a period of time, (a chance) to get to know the candidates.”
Tonight’s debate gets underway at 7 o’clock.
