You may be adding a few minutes to your commute this weekend.
As construction on the 401 at Highway 40 continues, the 401 will be closed in both directions for some work on the overpass.
Starting tomorrow at 8pm, Highway 401 at Communication Road will be completely closed until 10am Sunday morning.
Detours off the Kent Bridge Road and Bloomfield exits are in place.
Highway 40 at the 401 will remain closed until the fall.
