As another heat wave blankets southwestern Ontario, cooling stations have reopened across Chatham-Kent.

Municipal offices in Blenheim, Chatham, Ridgetown, Tilbury, and Wallaceburg, will offer space for people to stop in today, sit, have a drink of water, and cool off during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Employment and Social Services will offer the same service at their main office lobby located on the first floor of the Community Human Services Building at 435 Grand Ave West in Chatham.

Public Libraries across Chatham-Kent are also open today as a place to cool down.

However, Municipal offices, Employment & Social Services, and local libraries will be closed on Friday July 1st recognizing Canada Day.
